Getting more help
The knowledge base articles in SmartData handle answers to the most common questions new users ask, but sometimes you need something more. To get more help, please contact the support team using the "Contact Us" link on the right. There we can answer the question for everyone's benefit, and some questions can even become new knowledge base articles. Once you've submitted your question, you'll get a reply from our team in less than 24 hours, and usually much sooner.
Help formatting or converting data
We also have a team of analysts who are familiar with very many types of environmental data. We can convert data, import it into SmartData, and produce new data visualizations on request for a simple hourly rate.
Help learning SmartData
We periodically do webinars to walk through SmartData, and we encourage all new users to take advantage of that free resource. If you'd like to schedule an online or in person training session for your team, we can work with you to build a custom training seminar using your data and procedures to help SmartData seamlessly integrate into your production process.
Help with new or custom data formats and visualization
Improvements to the SmartData system are included in every package, and are made available to all users at no charge. We have a sizable list of feature requests that we balance with the size of the need, and the greatest benefit to all users. Make sure your feature request is in that list by contacting our support team. If you'd like to expedite a feature request, we can do that at a simple hourly rate, and will work with you to define the requirements and give you an estimate of the time it will take to implement your feature. Generally, new features can be expedited in a matter of weeks.
